Recommended Dose
DIRECTIONS – Blend 3 rounded tablespoons (30g), or higher dose as required, into 200ml of water, non-dairy milk or coconut water. Protein supplementation can be of benefit when used in conjunction with physical activity. Diets high in protein increase the body’s need for water. Please ensure adequate daily water intake. STORAGE – Store below 30 degrees in a cool, dry and dark place.

Choco-Nana Protein Energy Shake
250ml coconut water
1 frozen banana
1 serve Amazonia Raw cacao & coconut protein isolate
1 serve Amazonia Raw energy
1 tbsp cacao powder
½ tsp cinnamon
Handful of ice
Combine ingredients in blender. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Almond-Coconut Yoghurt
1 cup of raw almonds (soaked for 24 hours in pure water)
1 ½ cups of young coconut flesh
300ml coconut water
1 serve Amazonia Raw pre-probiotic
Blend all ingredients until smooth in a high speed blender. Strain through a sieve, pushing mixture through with a spoon so that only the larger particles like almond skin are removed. Transfer mixture to a glass bowl and cover with a paper towel or clean dish towel and let sit in a warm environment for at least 4-8 hours. This will allow the probiotics to culture the yoghurt. The longer you let it sit, the tangier it will become.
Tip: A fantastic dairy-free yoghurt alternative.
Coconut Cacao Smoothie Bowl
200ml coconut milk
1.5 frozen bananas
Handful of almonds
1 serve Amazonia Raw cacao and coconut protein isolate
1 tsp maca
1 tbsp chia seeds
Combine ingredients in blender. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Tip: Sprinkle with your favourite toppings such as shredded coconut and granola, then eat with a spoon. Trust us!
