Recommended Dose
DIRECTIONS – Blend 3 rounded tablespoons (30g), or higher dose as required, into 200ml of water, non-dairy milk or coconut water. Protein supplementation can be of benefit when used in conjunction with physical activity. Diets high in protein increase the body’s need for water. Please ensure adequate daily water intake. STORAGE – Store below 30 degrees in a cool, dry and dark place.

Very Vanilla Thick Shake
250ml almond milk
1/2 cup coconut flesh or 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
1/2 frozen banana
1 serve Amazonia Raw vanilla protein isolate
1 tsp vanilla bean powder
Combine ingredients in blender. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Tip: Great for refueling post-workout!
Açaí bowl
2 packs Organic frozen Açaí Pure or Açaí Energy
100ml (approx.), Apple or Watermelon Juice or Non-dairy Milk 1 frozen Banana
½ -1 cup Granola
Optional: Natural Sweetener, additional toppings of choice.
1. Combine açaí and juice or milk in a blender and blend until thick and smooth.
2. Pour into a bowl and top with granola, sliced fruit and/or other toppings.
Açaí Dreaming Smoothie
250ml coconut water or fresh watermelon juice
1 cup frozen wild berries
½ frozen banana
1 tbsp Amazonia freeze-dried açaí powder
1tsp chia seeds
1 serve Amazonia Raw slim & tone protein (optional)
