DIRECTIONS
Blend 3 rounded tablespoons (30g) into 200ml of water, almond milk, oat milk, rice milk, natural juice or smoothie.
Choose your servingsize as required:
Active (30g serve) = 21.7g protein
Endurance (45g serve) = 32.55g protein
Performance (60g serve) = 43.4g protein
STORAGE
Refrigerate after opening, use a dry spoon & consume within 90 days of opening.

Slim & Tone Protein Yoghurt
Flesh from one young coconut
1 serve Amazonia Raw slim & tone vanilla cinnamon protein
1 serve Amazonia Raw pre-probiotic
100ml coconut water
Combine ingredients in blender and transfer to a glass container. Allow to sit at room temperature for 4 hours to culture. Refrigerate and serve cold.
Tip: Make a large batch and store in an airtight container for up to a week.
Slim Raspberry Smoothie
½ cup frozen raspberries
1 serve Amazonia Raw slim & tone vanilla cinnamon protein
1 serve Amazonia Raw pre-probiotic
1 tbsp chia seeds
150ml coconut water
100ml coconut cream
Add ingredients to blender and combine. Enjoy immediately!
Tip: This smoothie is full of protein and good fats to keep you full for longer.
Raw slim & tone shake
2 heaped tablespoons (30-40g)
Raw slim & tone protein
250-450ml spring water,
coconut water or unsweetened non-dairy milk (almond, coconut, quinoa, oat, rice)
1 teaspoon Raw pre-probiotics (optional but recommended)
Handful of low-sugar fruit such as blueberries or raspberries (optional)
Add ingredients to your shaker or blender and combine into a delicious breakfast beverage.
