Ingredients
Echinacea purpurea root (organic)1.2g / 3ml.
Standardised to contain not less than 1.8mg/3ml total alkylamides.
In a base of Manuka honey with natural flavours (organic apple juice concentrate, Fennel seed & Liquorice extracts, organic orange oil).
Contains no artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners or preservatives, gluten, yeast or dairy derivatives.

Recommended Dose
Adults: 3 – 5ml;
Children 6-12yrs: 1.5 – 2.5ml (or use Children?s Echinature?).
During risk times: Take 3 – 4 times daily.
Maintenance dose : Take once daily.
Dilute in 30ml of water or juice and drink immediately.?Follow with a glass of water if necessary.
Cautions
Not for children under 2 years old without medical advice. Not suitable for infants under the age of 12 months. Those allergic to Asteraceae family plants (e.g. chamomile, artichokes, daisies) should take care when taking Echinacea due to possible allergic reaction. Temporary harmless tingling in the mouth may occur immediately after taking as a natural effect of high quality Echinacea ? this is normal and indicative of the quality & potency of Echinacea.
