Matcha Whisk Directions
- Add desired matcha to your cup (usually 1/4 teaspoon)
- Use the head of the whisk to pat the matcha to break up any clumps
- Add a small dash of cold or 80 degree water (usually 2 teaspoons)
- Whisk in a ?ÛÏW?Û motion until all the matcha is dissolved and small bubbles appear
- Top up with 80 degree water (or cold water if you are making an iced tea)
